Senior Manager of Warehouse Operations at E&J Gallo Winery in Fort Lawn, SC

As a Sr. Manager of Warehouse Operations at E&J Gallo's new greenfield plant in Fort Lawn, South Carolina, you will manage 24-hour responsibility for multiple departments within Warehouse Operations. You will focus efforts on ensuring department teams are executing activities that safely deliver superior quality and quantity, on time, continuously and efficiently, at the lowest cost. There are direct reports to this position are at the managerial level. What you will do:
Develops and executes multi-department business plans. Manages safety, quality, service and cost performance within assigned area. Ensures scorecards and metrics are in place to monitor key indicators in assigned area of responsibility. Recommends and implements changes to production methods or material handling procedures. Recommends and approves purchase of capital equipment or facility layout changes. Develops labor strategies that are in alignment with functional and business priorities and participates in grievance procedures and contract negotiations, as required. What you need:
Master's degree plus 6 years of production, business operations, engineering, or logistics management experience reflecting increasing levels of responsibility; OR Bachelor's degree plus 8 years of production, operations, or logistics management experience reflecting increasing levels of responsibility; OR Bachelor's degree plus 9 years of military operations and leadership experience reflecting increasing levels of responsibility; OR High school diploma or State-issued equivalency certificate plus 12 years of production, operations, or logistics management experience reflecting increasing levels of responsibility. Supervisory or managerial experience. What will set you apart:
Master's degree in Engineering or Business Administration plus 6 years of production, business operations, engineering, or logistics management experience reflecting increasing levels of responsibility; OR Bachelor's degree in Engineering or Business Administration plus 8 years of production, operations, or logistics management experience reflecting increasing levels of responsibility.
Salary Range:
$100K -- $150K
Minimum Qualification
Operations ManagementEstimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
